ReSort launches with VoiceOver and a Norwegian interface

In short
ReSort is a water-sort game for iPhone and iPad where VoiceOver reads the tubes, valid moves, and results. A blind AppleVis writer has now played and recommended the game.
The task is to move colored water between tubes until each color has a tube of its own. Water can only be poured into an empty tube or onto the same color. A five-level tutorial, undo, and hints are available, without a timer or move limit.
You can adjust how much VoiceOver says after each move. Keyboard control, color symbols, sounds, haptics, and large text provide alternative ways to follow the game. The interface supports 51 languages, including Norwegian Bokmål.
The first ten main levels and daily puzzles on ten different days are free. A one-time 99 kroner purchase in the Norwegian App Store unlocks the rest of the 100 main levels, newly generated levels, and more daily puzzles. The app requires iOS or iPadOS 18, has no advertising, and needs no account.
On 27 October, AppleVis published a hands-on account from a blind player. She uses VoiceOver for the colors and positions in each tube, and points to the audio, lack of time pressure, and adjustable speech. Player feedback since launch has also led to difficulty choices for daily puzzles, iCloud syncing, more sound options, and adjustable tube sizes for low-vision players.
